Meet Cooper Seedott: Customer Success Specialist

Today, we’re excited to introduce you to one of our dedicated Customer Success Specialists, Cooper Seedott. With a rich background in sports and a deep love for the game, Cooper is a vital part of our team. Let's dive into some fun facts about him!

Crossbar: Hey Cooper! Thanks for chatting with us. Got a couple fun questions for you! Tell us about your favorite sports team (youth or professional).

Cooper Seedott: Detroit Red Wings, hands down.

CB: What sports did you play growing up?

CS: Ice Hockey, Roller Hockey, Lacrosse, Soccer. Ice Hockey was my main sport and played in college at Lindenwood University and played some minor pro afterwards.

CB: What's a bucket list item of yours?

CS: To go deep sea fishing and catch a Sailfish or a Goliath Grouper.

CB: What’s your favorite part about being a part of the CB team?

CS: Being a part of Crossbar makes me feel like I never "retired" from sports. We have a great team dynamic and culture that makes working here fun and something I look forward to doing every day.

CB: Currently, what's your favorite Crossbar feature?

CS: I like our new document signing feature. It enables clubs to get their documents E-signed with ease and makes the registration process simpler for the user!

CB: What's your favorite thing about Crossbar customers?

CS: The ability to connect and develop a relationship with customers and see the daily success they have with Crossbar. Being able to teach them how to use the product or even help develop their current process is something I enjoy when I work with them.
