Crossbar: We're so glad it's time to interview you, Dalton, as the next Customer Success team member in our blog series. Thanks for joining us! Let's start with the usual first question - what is your favorite sports team?
Dalton Minor: The Toronto Maple Leafs!
CB: Awesome. Tell us about the sports you played growing up.
DM: Pretty much only baseball, but have since gotten into roller hockey and golf.
CB: Oh those are cool! Very unique. Speaking of unique, tell us about a bucket list item of yours.
DM: Good question. I think it would have to be to visit Japan and see all of the temples.
CB: Let's switch gears a little bit. What's your favorite part about being on the Crossbar team?
DM: The willingness of everyone to help out with anything. I never feel like I can't ask for help! The whole team is super helpful and knowledgeable.
CB: What's your favorite Crossbar feature at the moment?
DM: Definitely the offer system. Being able to keep everything you need all in one place, from tryouts through the end of the season is super convenient.
CB: Last question - what's your favorite thing about Crossbar customers?
DM: Their ability and eagerness to learn a new software. Change can be stressful, but they always come at it with an open mind!
