Crossbar: What was your favorite sports team growing up?
Jah'Sheem: Growing up, I was a huge fan of all the New York teams, so it’s hard to pick just one. I was a true supporter of my city when it came to sports. But if I had to choose, I’d say the Knicks.

CB: What sports did you play as a kid?
JM: As a kid, I played just about every sport you can think of outside. My main ones, though, were football, basketball, and lacrosse.

CB: What’s something on your bucket list?
JM: One of the top things on my bucket list is to see all the wonders of the world. I find them so fascinating, and I think they would be some of the most interesting things to experience. Along with that, traveling and immersing myself in different cultures.

CB: What’s your favorite part about being on this team?
JM: My favorite part about being on this team is how everyone is so eager to help and look out for each other. This team works really well together, and the culture here is truly amazing. It’s something you can feel every day.

CB: What’s your current favorite feature of Crossbar?
JM: Right now, my favorite Crossbar feature is the signature on documents for registrations. It’s a huge game-changer because it lets you get multiple documents signed without any hassle. It’s especially convenient for parents who are always on the go, signing their kids up for activities.‍

CB: What do you love about Crossbar’s customers?
JM: I love how excited and eager our customers are to use the platform. It’s refreshing to come to work and know that our customers are enthusiastic about learning from us. Ultimately, the more they learn, the easier their lives become, and it creates this ongoing wave of excitement. It’s a great feeling!
