Today, we have the pleasure of introducing Olivia Black, a vital member of the Crossbar team, and one of our Customer Success Specialists. From her passion for sports to her dedication to enhancing customer experiences, Olivia's journey is nothing short of inspiring. Let's dive into our conversation with her.

Crossbar: Hi Olivia! Glad you could join us. Let's start with an easy one. Who is your favorite sports team?

Olivia Black: The Bengals! Is Joe Burrow an answer? (Laughs)

CB: Can you share a bit about your sports background?

OB: Absolutely! I was a swimmer for both our town team and a club team through the YMCA. We used to travel a total of 90 minutes to and from practice every single night after school, so it took up most of my free time! I also did track in the spring when I wasn’t swimming in the summer or winter. I tried a lot of sports as a kid, but my mom will tell you I was horrible at gymnastics and soccer. The only thing I showed any promise in was swimming! 😅

CB: What's a bucket list item for you?

OB: A bucket list item for me would be to go to Italy. It's cliché, but it's something I've always wanted to experience.

CB: What is your favorite part of being on the Crossbar team?

OB: My favorite part of being on the Crossbar team is watching the growth of our team and the company as a whole. I love connecting with our organizations and hearing how much easier we're able to make their lives. We are truly changing the game over here, and I LOVE being part of it.

CB: What is your favorite feature of Crossbar?

OB: My favorite feature is our newest release, the fillable PDF form for organizations to collect signatures on their documents like waivers, etc. If you haven't checked it out yet, you need to!

CB: What do you love most about the clubs/leagues who use Crossbar?

OB: My favorite thing about our organizations is making connections that extend beyond work. I have many clubs who ask about my newborn daughter, and we share weekend plans, bucket list adventures, and other personal achievements. I am thankful to have made lifelong connections through Crossbar.
